State Ballet of Georgia
The State Ballet of Georgia is the professional ballet company of the Z. Paliashvili Opera and Ballet State Theatre in Tbilisi, founded in 1851. The company is known for classical and neoclassical ballet, with a repertory including works by Ashton, Balanchine, Bournonville, Kylián, Ratmansky, Possokhov, McIntyre and Welch. It has toured internationally to New York City, Jacob's Pillow, Edinburgh, and London.
